The ASB office is located in room A117. ASB office hours are 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. and the office is generally closed during 3rd period on A and C days and 4th period on B days. Students may purchase items before school from 7:15 to 7:45 a.m. and during brunch and lunch only. You can reach Mrs. Daffern by phone at (408) 522-2534.
The last day to purchase an ASB Card/Yearbook is Thursday, December 10. For more information visit the ASB office. The cost of an ASB Card/Yearbook is $100. If you do not purchase an ASB Card/Yearbook now, but then decide you want a Yearbook at the end of the year, it will cost around $140. So, it is a good idea to purchase it now and save some money!
Parking Permits are $30 for the school year. Student Vehicle Registration forms are available in the ASB office or here . Students may purchase permits during brunch or lunch and should not park in the student lot until he/she has purchased a permit and it is displayed in the vehicle. Please remember you need all signatures and a photocopy of your CA Vehicle Registration and have cleared all delinquencies prior to purchasing a permit.
If you owe delinquencies to the school, it is your responsibility to clear them. If you believe the delinquency is in error, you need to speak directly with the teacher who turned in the delinquency to the ASB office. The teacher who turned in the form is the only person who can authorize clearing the delinquency. Delinquencies carry over from one year to the next, so students need to keep current to avoid problems. Students who are on the delinquency list cannot attend school dances and seniors with delinquencies still owing at graduation will not receive a diploma. Save yourself a headache and avoid disappointment by clearing your delinquencies. If you have any questions concerning a delinquency, the ASB office will do their best to answer them, but please remember the delinquency is between you and your teacher or coach.
Students eligible for the subsidized bus pass program will receive information mailed home in August. Students on the program may purchase their bus passes during brunch and lunch in the ASB office beginning on the last school day of the month. Students on the program are reminded there are no bus passes in June or August.
