If you have purchased an ASB Membership after Round-Up and would like to receive your spirit shirt, please email Mrs. Marugg to arrange for pick up. Shirt sizes are limited. 

Students who have purchased ASB membership AFTER getting their ID card should come to the ASB office to get an ASB sticker added to their ID Cards.

An ASB (Associated Student Body) card enables students to take an active role in student activities and/or to hold class or ASB office. ASB funds support the school newspaper, yearbook, clubs, dances, athletic events, leadership development, lunchtime activities, rallies, the annual food drive benefiting Sunnyvale Community Services, Winter Wonder Week, Battle of the Classes, MultiCultural Week and Homecoming. By joining ASB a student receives a yearbook, spirit shirt and 50% discounted admission to the Homecoming Dance and saves on admission to other ASB sponsored dances. Students attending Santa Clara Valley Athletic League events at any school in the Fremont Union High School District (at Monta Vista, Fremont, Cupertino, Homestead or Lynbrook) are admitted free with their ASB card.

If you do not purchase an ASB Card/Yearbook now, but decide you want a Yearbook at the end of the year, the price goes up and quantities are limited.

If you have purchased an ASB Membership after Round-Up there is no need to get an updated ID Card printed, the system will automatically update your ID number to an ASB member and you will receive all benefits. If it is important to you to have the ASB logo on your ID card, please email Mrs. Marugg to arrange for a new card to be printed or we can update your ID card when we return to campus.

Lost ID Card: Check Cafeteria for found ID Cards. First replaced ID card is free, second one $5. Encourage all students to take a photo of their ID cards as backup.

Please Note: You need your ASB card or ID card for admittance to any HHS dance, activity or HHS athletic event. You ASB or ID card is also necessary to check out library books. Please carry your card with you every day.

Parking Permits are $35 for the school year. Student Vehicle Registration forms are available in the ASB office. Students may purchase permits during Round-Up or during office hours.

Students should not park in the student lot until they have purchased a permit and it is displayed in the vehicle.

You will need all signatures and a photocopy of your CA Vehicle Registration.

If you owe delinquencies to the school, it is your responsibility to clear them. If you believe the delinquency is in error, you need to speak directly with the teacher who reported the delinquency. The teacher is the only person who can authorize clearing the delinquency. Delinquencies carry over from one year to the next, so students need to keep current to avoid problems. Students who are on the delinquency list cannot attend school dances and seniors with delinquencies still owing at graduation will not receive a diploma. If you have any questions concerning a delinquency, the ASB office will do their best to answer them, but please remember the delinquency is between you and your teacher or coach.

Parents/Guardians and Students: In order to participate in an extracurricular activity, the Activity Participation Form must be filled out in its entirety and submitted to the coach before participation. 

You will need to complete ALL of the below forms, print, sign, and turn in to the program director or advisor. You must have a medical doctor complete the Physical Exam Part 2 - Doctor's Clearance Form. All student-athletes must get a physical from a doctor stating they are physically able to participate.

All students participating in the following activities must complete the form: Athletics, Band, Instrumental and Vocal Music Performances, Drama Productions, Speech Contests, all honorary and elected offices (e.g. Homecoming King/Queen/court, class officer, student government officer or representative), state contests and performances for cheerleading and drill team, mock trial, or any other activity where the student represents the Fremont Union High School District in a defined competition/contest.

We want to make sure all Homestead students have the opportunity to benefit from all activities on campus but know that some students need financial support. ASB has set aside monies to help you purchase the ASB Membership and other school items at a reduced cost.
