Dear Homestead Parents,

As a reminder, having food delivered to campus through delivery services like Door Dash and others is not permitted.  While it may be convenient, we will not accept orders or allow for drop off in the front office of these meals.  These delivery personnel are also not allowed to deliver directly to a classroom as this is a serious safety concern and a major disruption to the learning environment.  Between the food that is available in our cafeteria as well as what is close enough for students to get during lunchtime, there are plenty of options for you to get food and not have to use these delivery services.  Students who do not follow these procedures will be referred to the Deans.  Parents may still drop off lunches or other items in the front office when forgotten by the student.  These should be left on the table near the front desk with your student's name clearly labeled on the item.

Mr. Giglio, Principal

The Homestead Cancer Society Club is holding their annual 5K Walk/Run fundraiser for Cancer CAREpoint, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting local cancer patients.

We would love for our fellow students, parents, supporters and families in our community to participate, support this great cause, and help us spread the word to the community at large.

The event is on March 30, from 9AM-12PM at the Homestead High School football stadium. This event is open to the entire community and anyone is welcome

100% of the profits will be donated to Cancer CAREpoint.

Please see the attached flyer for more details and forward to anyone you think might be interested!

We will also celebrate the Foundation's 35th year anniversary and honor our "Circle of Believers", long-standing supporters of the Foundation. This year's honorees are:

Harry Bettencourt, Laurie Dean, Joe Hamilton, Nancy Harper, Kathie Kraker, Richard Lowenthal, and Chuck Thompson
