tip of the week

Do not underestimate the power of rest. We all perform well when properly rested. It is important to get a good night's sleep before taking finals. Make time to sleep; you will test better if you sacrifice some of your studying for sleep.

Chalk Schools Forms

Important Required Documents for Round-Up

Returning HHS Parents, please check the Infinite Campus (IC) Portal to ensure parent emails are accurate.  Information for the 2017-18 school year will be sent to these email addresses.  If you haven’t already opened your IC Portal account, please do so as soon as possible.
Parents will receive an email from Chalk Schools, in late June, with the Emergency & Health Information Form and the Parent/Student Rights and Responsibilities Form (4 pages).  Please review forms for accuracy and make any necessary changes.  Electronically sign and submit via Chalk Schools by clicking the red submit button.  This must be done in order for your student to receive his/her tentative class schedule at Round-Up, or their final class schedule on the first day of school.
For the parents without an email address, the Emergency & Health Information Form and the Parent/Student Rights and Responsibilities Form will be mailed home.  Forms must be printed and signed by both parent and student in exchange for their tentative class schedule at Round-Up, or their final class schedule on the first day of school.

They get to play their last high school football game at Levi’s Stadium in front of a great crowd of fans and community supporters. This game is produced by the Rotary Club of Almaden Valley in partnership with the San Francisco 49ers and all proceeds go to charity.

pardon our dust!

In our ongoing efforts to improve the facilities at Homestead High School supported by Measure K improvement funds, we will soon be embarking on a new phase of an infrastructure modernization project at the front of the school, including an Innovation Hub that will house computer labs, digital arts, a maker space and more. Construction will begin during summer 2017.
