Requirements

To receive a high school diploma students are required to complete 220 credits in specific subject areas and pass the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE). Each year-long course completed has a value of 10 credits (5 credits each semester). Students are able to earn a maximum of 70 credits per school year, including summer school courses completed.
